Quotes
Quotes are free and don't commit you to anything. We prepare them with the information you give us; if a detail is missing, we ask you first.
A quote is not a contract. Work starts once both parties sign an agreement and we receive the first agreed payment.
Prices
The prices on this website are starting prices: they show the minimum cost of each service, in U.S. dollars and before tax. Your project's final price, scope and timeline are the ones in your quote and your signed agreement.
Third-party costs (for example, domain, hosting, licenses or ad spend) are not included; they're paid by the client and stay in the client's name.
The founding-client discount applies to our first 5 project clients, in order of signing.
Projects
The terms of each project (payments, rounds of changes, support, code ownership, confidentiality and cancellation) are set in the signed agreement. If anything on this website differs from the agreement, the agreement prevails.
Website content
The text, design, logo and images on this website belong to Orvity or are used with permission. Don't copy them or use them commercially without our authorization. Other brands' logos belong to their owners and are shown only to indicate that we have worked with them.
Using the website
Use this website and the form in good faith. Don't submit false information, someone else's information without their permission, or illegal or offensive content.
No warranty for the website
We do our best to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or change without notice. The website is provided as is.
