Questions before you send it
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Small businesses in the U.S., in any industry, that need technology to work better: a first website or online store, tools built for their operation, or automations for repetitive work. Accounting, HR and legal advice are outside what we do, though we can build the tools those teams use. We're based in Raleigh and work remotely across the country.
What is the digital audit?
It's the first deliverable of every project. Before we build, we review your website, social media, Google profile and the processes involved, and send you a short written report with what we found. If we spot something outside your project, we tell you, and you decide whether to add it. It's valued at $485 and free when you hire us for a project. Only want the audit? It's $485, paid in advance.
Is my information safe?
We only ask for the access a project needs, through separate users that you can remove at any time. Your information stays in accounts in your business's name, and we don't share it or use it for anything else. If you need it, we sign a confidentiality agreement before we start.
Do I own the code and the data?
Yes. Your data is always yours. Once the final payment is made, the code and the accounts are yours too, and we hand over access and instructions. If you ever switch providers, you take everything with you.
What happens after you deliver? Can you keep running it?
Every project includes 30 days of support to fix anything that doesn't work as agreed. After that, we can keep running it for you on a monthly plan that covers maintenance, updates, monitoring and changes as your business grows. The monthly price depends on what you need, and we agree on it before the project ends.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. We work in English and Spanish, and messages, documents and the tools we build can be in either language or both.
